Leidy Gutierrez

Leidy Gutierrez has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Talent at Brink's Inc, a role they have been in since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Jefe de gestión del talento at Club Campestre Farallones Cali from April 2016 to April 2022. Before that, they served as the Global Head of Human Resources at Solistica from November 2013 to April 2016. Leidy Gutierrez has an educational background in psychology and organizational development. Leidy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidad de San Buenaventura, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Later, they pursued a specialization in Psychology and Organizational Development at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from 2011 to 2012. Furthermore, Leidy completed a Diploma in Human Talent Management at the Universidad de La Sabana, which took place from 2021 to 2022.
