Michael Mininger

Michael Mininger has extensive work experience in supply chain management and operations. Michael currently holds the position of Regional Vice President of Operations at Brink's Inc. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Supply Chain Management at Cooper Lighting Solutions from 2020 to 2023. From 2012 to 2020, they worked at Eaton in various roles including Director of Supply Chain Management, Director of Supply Chain - Ambient, and Director of Lighting Solutions, SIOP & DRP. Before Eaton, they were the Director of Materials, Planning and Logistics at Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration from 2011 to 2012. Michael also held multiple roles at Cooper Wiring Devices, including Director of Supply Chain, Director of Operations and Manufactured Services, MVP Champion, and Manager of North American Operations from 2003 to 2011. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Manager and Value Stream Manager at Cooper Wiring Devices from 1996 to 2003.

Michael Mininger earned their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of Cincinnati, where they attended from 1986 to 1991. Michael then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern New Hampshire University, completing it from 1994 to 1996.
