Michalis Papakis

Michalis Papakis has extensive work experience in various leadership roles focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement. Michalis started their career in the Armed Forces as an Army Officer, gaining management experience and expertise in training and process standardization. Following their military service, they joined Brink's Inc, where they held several VP positions. In these roles, they successfully implemented Lean fundamentals and coordinated operational integration efforts across different regions. Michalis also played a key role in developing strategies and implementing global operational processes to drive continuous improvement and share best practices. Additionally, they have experience in security and physical infrastructure management. Michalis Papakis is a highly skilled professional with a strong track record of delivering results.

Michalis Papakis has a Bachelor's Degree in Military Science and Operational Studies obtained from the Hellenic Army Academy from 1987 to 1991.
