Nelson Gallardo is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and incident management. Currently serving as Major Incident Manager and Global Application Support at Brink's Inc since March 2015, Nelson provides 24/7 support for applications across the US and Canada, manages server deployments, and creates knowledge bases for Level 1 support.
