Paula B.

Paula B. is an Operational Excellence Manager with extensive experience in project management and continuous improvement. They previously served as a Senior Projects and Continuous Improvement Analyst at Brink's Brasil, where they led the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and managed performance metrics across multiple branches. Paula has also held leadership roles, overseeing significant projects and teams, and has international experience from positions at the Consulate General of Canada and Brink's Chile. They earned a degree in International Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas. Currently, Paula is the Director of Operational Excellence at Brink’s Inc.
