Raman Kakar

Raman Kakar is currently the Senior Director of Human Resources at Brink’s Inc., overseeing strategic HR initiatives. Previously, Raman served as Regional HR Director at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where they managed HR operations for 110 stores and a workforce of 20,000 employees, focusing on employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance. Prior to this, Raman held various HR and management roles at Sears, JC Penney, and JCPenney, where they developed talent management strategies and enhanced operational efficiency. Raman earned a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
