Renee Cardo

Renee Cardo has extensive work experience in learning and development roles. Renee is currently the Director of Learning and Development for EMEA & APAC at Brink's Inc. In this role, they are responsible for the design, implementation, and delivery of the Brinks Future Leaders Programme and is a key delivery partner and facilitator for Brink's Diversity & Inclusion training and the Global Development Programme.

Prior to Brink's, Renee worked as a Facilitator, L&D Consultant, and Coach at ConsultingCardo since 2011. Before that, they held various roles at Investec, including Group Learning & Development Consultant & Facilitator, where they provided learning consulting to business units and individual employees.

Renee also has experience as an HR Business Partner at Johannesburg Private Bank and as a Team Leader at Investec Bank Ltd. Renee started their career as a Client Service Consultant at Investec Connect.
