Ryan Sims is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Brink’s Inc since January 2014, Ryan Sims has held several positions within the company, including Senior Manager of Product Operations and National Product Support Manager. Prior to this, Ryan Sims owned ATMServ, LLC, specializing in ATM cleaning and project services from April 2011 to May 2012. Additionally, Ryan Sims served as Vice President of Field Operations at Pendum, LLC, overseeing operations in the Southeast Region and held a branch management role at the same company. Ryan Sims holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University, obtained between 1989 and 1994.
