Zanda Garanca Devran has been working in various HR roles for different companies. Zanda started their career in 2002 as a Youth Project Coordinator at AEGEE and then served as a Project Manager at Transparency International from 2005 to 2007. Zanda joined Electrolux in 2008 and held multiple positions, including Senior Talent, Learning and Development Specialist and Global Traineeship Program Coordinator. In 2011, Zanda worked as a Regional Talent & Development Partner at AstraZeneca. Zanda then joined Sony Electronics as the HR Operations Cluster Head for South & Eastern Europe from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at thyssenkrupp, first as the Head of Human Resources & Development Middle East & Africa and then as the Human Resources & Development Manager at the Regional HQ MEA. Zanda served as the Regional HR Manager CIS at LC Waikiki from 2020 to 2023 and is currently working as the HR Director Baltics at Brink's Inc.
Zanda Garanca Devran earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration and Management, General from Latvijas Universitate from 2001 to 2005. Zanda also participated in a student exchange program at SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2005. In 2007 and 2008, Zanda attended Lund University, where they received a Master of Science (MSc) in Change Management & HR. Prior to their university education, Zanda attended Balvi State Gymnasium.
