Brink's

Eric Helms is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and product support management. Currently, Helms serves as the Product Support Manager at Brink's Inc since May 2022 and as the Owner of MadKat Salon. Prior to these roles, Helms held the position of Director at Talaria Transportation for a brief period in early 2022. Helms has a long tenure at Brink's, from November 2007 to March 2022, where responsibilities included the National Manager of Product Support and City Manager, leading a $3.8 million business unit and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Penske Logistics, overseeing P&L and a large team for deliveries to Big Lots Stores. Eric Helms holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Economics from Auburn University, earned from 1999 to 2003.
