Michael Viscuso

Michael Viscuso has held various roles throughout their career. Michael began their work experience at Stantec in 1997, where they served as a Project Manager, working on land development projects and representing several municipalities in Delaware County. In 2007, they joined Ballard Spahr LLP as an Associate, specializing in zoning and land use, real estate transactional law, eminent domain, tax assessment appeals, environmental law, and condominium law. During this time, they also played a key role in the development of the Pennsylvania Permit Extension Act. In 2010, Viscuso became a Real Estate Associate at Wawa, Inc., and in 2011, they took on the role of Adjunct Professor at Widener University, teaching until 2015. From 2013 to 2018, Viscuso established The Law Offices of Michael J. Viscuso, LLC, where they practiced as an Attorney-at-Law, primarily focusing on land use and zoning, real estate, construction law, municipal law, liquor law, environmental law, and trusts and estates. In 2018, they joined Yeureka Home Remodeling LLC as the Vice President Operations. Finally, in 2023, Viscuso joined BRIO as a Project Manager.
