Our story began in 1936 by Gabriel Pasquier in a small village bakery in Les Cerqueux, France. In 1974, his sons built the family business into Brioche Pasquier, which is now the No.1 brioche brand and employs over 3000 people worldwide.

Today we raise our dough using our own traditional levain and we follow the same baking method Gabriel used to deliver our unique taste. We ensure that all our recipes are free from artificial colours, flavours and hydrogenated fats.
