Hellon Alves has extensive experience in telecommunications and inventory management. At Brisanet Telecomunicações, from November 2015 to October 2018, Hellon served as a Técnico de telecomunicações, performing tests and maintenance on data communication equipment, and later progressed to roles such as Líder de equipe de atendimento ao cliente and Inspetor de Serviço de Campo, overseeing team management, operational improvements, and quality monitoring of FTTH installations.
