Ilg D. holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal Rural University of the Semi-Arid (UFERSA) and has extensive experience in various sectors, including construction project management and telecommunications. Previously, Ilg served as an engineer at Grupo NEO META, overseeing projects and budgets, and later took on roles at Brisanet Telecomunicações, where responsibilities ranged from contract and facilities management to procurement processes. Currently, Ilg is pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management while continuing to enhance operational efficiency and align strategic goals within their organization.
