Timothy Groot

Timothy Groot is an accomplished Sports & Entertainment Facility Specialist at BBB Architects, where responsibilities include managing the Scotiabank Arena Venue Reimagination Phase 1, developing construction documents, coordinating with various consultants, and overseeing project quality. Previously, Timothy served as an Active Community Design Specialist at DIALOG, contributing to the Capilano University Centre for Sport and Wellness project, and held roles as Principal Designer and Project Manager at Timothy Groot Studios. With extensive experience as an Intern Architect at BBB Architects Toronto Inc., Timothy contributed to the design and management of the Madison Square Garden Training Center. Early career roles included brand and design positions at Angel Island Partners and New York Rangers. Timothy holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Toronto and a BA in Economics from McGill University.
