Shanthi M has extensive experience in resource management and talent acquisition, currently serving as RMG at Bristlecone since October 2012. In this role, Shanthi M oversees the execution of acquisition, deployment, and release processes for the resource management function, ensuring project resource availability and coordinating between practice, client engagement, and recruitment. Responsibilities include maintaining resource request forms, facilitating onboarding, and initiating recruitment as needed. Prior experience as a Consultant at Adecco Group involved end-to-end recruitment, MIS reporting using advanced Excel functions, and client interactions to manage candidate requirements. Shanthi M holds an MBA in HR & Marketing from Annamalai University and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Vidya Vahini First Grade College.
