Usha Murthy

Usha Murthy is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Bristlecone since November 2015, Usha is responsible for location and business HR at the Bangalore office, focusing on enhancing organizational human capital through effective HR policies and practices. Prior to this role, Usha worked at Symphony Teleca from January 2011 to November 2015 as HR Manager, providing strategic support to multiple business groups and managing critical HR processes. Usha's career also includes a brief tenure as a Content Developer at Readinus Software Pvt Ltd in 2010 and as a Senior Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from 1997 to 1999. Usha holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from ICFAI University and a BE in Civil Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Bhopal.
