Bristol builds value for its residents, investors and partners by providing high-quality, amenity-rich urban and suburban living at attainable prices in growing Sunbelt cities. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Bristol understands these dynamic and growing markets.

To capitalize on new opportunities and satisfy the evolving demands of its diverse customer base, Bristol's talented team prides itself on diligent market research and fitting the right product to each unique market, rather than relying on a formula of one product fits all.

Mainly focusing on urban infill locations in second tier cities, Bristol supports smart growth development of high-quality, amenity-rich communities with attainable pricing. Bristol's development portfolio spans the Southeast, Southwest and Mid-Atlantic regions in cities offering economic stability, superior job growth and population increases.

Our strategic site selection process begins with on-the-ground research providing firsthand knowledge of the current market climate, opportunities to penetrate it and the best product fit.

Established relationships with best-of-class design firms and consultants help us to create developments based upon each community's needs as opposed to a "one product fits all" formula.

Bristol's current development pipeline is more than $150 million.
