Bristones is a specialized advisory firm focused on SAP Materials Management (MM), inventory governance, and S/4HANA readiness across complex energy and industrial operations.

We support organizations in addressing inventory inaccuracies, strengthening SAP MM environments, and aligning systems with real-world operational workflows across multi-site and asset-intensive environments.

Our work is built on deep experience across SAP, procurement, and warehouse operations — where gaps between system design and execution often lead to inventory visibility issues, data integrity challenges, and increased risk during S/4HANA transformation.

Our core areas include:

• SAP Materials Management (MM) & Inventory Management (IM)
• S/4HANA sourcing, procurement, and readiness
• Inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
• Material master data cleansing and governance
• Warehouse operations and inventory control frameworks
• Physical inventory validation and structured count programs
• SAP IDoc monitoring and interface troubleshooting
• SAP configuration, process alignment, and system support

Bristones operates across the United States and Africa, supporting both advisory engagements and on-ground execution where required.
