Patrick Newlands is an Associate at Bristows since August 2023, where responsibilities include patent litigation, corporate, tax and employment, competition, and commercial disputes, alongside a secondment at Google DeepMind. Prior experience encompasses a role as Legal Counsel during a secondment at Google DeepMind from December 2024 to February 2025, and internships at Rolls-Royce in Defence Engineering and Civil Aerospace Engineering.
