Max Root is currently the Lead Portfolio Insights Actuary (Treaty) at Brit Insurance, a position they have held since 2020. Previously, Max worked at Chaucer Syndicates from 2016 to 2020, advancing from Assistant Actuarial Analyst to Senior Actuarial Analyst. Prior to that, Max started their career as an Actuarial Analyst at Lane Clark & Peacock from 2013 to 2016. Max earned a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, graduating in 2012.
