Emma Banton

Emma Banton is currently the Director of Applied Theatre & Community at The BRIT School, where they develop and manage community engagement projects aligned with the school’s ethos. With over 14 years of experience in fostering inclusive creative environments, they have held roles such as Artistic Staff at Chickenshed Theatre Company and Assistant Principal at the London Dance & Cheer Academy. Emma also established EB Consultants in 2018, providing consultancy on inclusive practice and arts education. They have a Bachelor of Arts in Inclusive Performance and various qualifications in teaching and lifelong learning.
