Sam Richards

Sam Richards is the Chief Executive Officer of Britain Remade since May 2022, following a role as Special Advisor on Energy and Environment at 10 Downing Street from July 2019 to May 2022. Previous experience includes serving as Director at the Conservative Environment Network and Head of Strategy at the Energy and Climate Intelligence Unit. Sam also held the position of Government Affairs Adviser at Nissan Motor Corporation and was a Parliamentary Assistant in the House of Commons, where duties included speechwriting and policy correspondence. Sam holds a degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Durham University, obtained between 2009 and 2012.
