Samyra L. has a diverse work experience in the fields of customer service and healthcare management. Samyra started their career at Grupo Leforte as a Coordinator of Atendimento, where they managed various areas and was responsible for pre-billing control, strategic indicators, budget proposals, cost control, and customer experience. Samyra then moved to DaVita Serviços Médicos as a Unit Coordinator before joining Hospital Samaritano as a Coordinator of Atendimento. In this role, they oversaw multiple departments, controlled budgets, managed contracts, and analyzed monthly performance indicators. Most recently, Samyra worked at Comdinheiro as a Coordinator of Atendimento | Inteligência de Mercado, where they led a multi-channel customer support operation, automated manual processes, analyzed performance indicators, and provided insights to partner teams. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Service at BRITech S.A.

Samyra L. began their education in 2007 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FECAP in 2010. In 2012 and 2013, they pursued a Post-Graduation in Hospital Administration from Centro Universitário São Camilo. From 2014 to 2016, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and obtained an Executive MBA in Management. In 2020 and 2021, they pursued a Post-Graduation in Finance from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. Currently, they are enrolled in the MBA program at MBA USP/Esalq, specializing in Finanças e Controladoria, which they started in 2022 and is expected to complete in 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Samyra has obtained several certifications. This includes certifications in Fundos de Investimento, Marcação a Mercado, Mercado de Renda Fixa, and Por dentro dos Índices de Renda Fixa from ANBIMA, obtained in October 2023. Samyra also holds a certification in Customer Success para Lealdade e Retenção do Cliente from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, obtained in July 2023. Furthermore, Samyra has certifications in Data Science: Análise Exploratória de Dados and Inteligência Artificial e Tomada de Decisão from Insper, obtained in April 2023 and July 2021, respectively.
