SVP, Services at BriteCore

Helen Yu is currently the SVP of Services at BriteCore. Prior to joining BriteCore, they served as the Chief Customer Officer at Showpad from July 2019 to July 2020. In this role, Helen was responsible for leading the Global Customer Experience team with a focus on global professional services, global education, global customer success, and global support teams. Under their leadership, the company saw an improved service margin by 40% within a year, 125% net customer retention in 2019, and the launch of an Academy with more than 900 participants within 3 months.

prior to Showpad, Helen served as an Architect at the Global Cybersecurity Association (GCA). In this role, they were responsible for uniting cross functional leaders around customer experience and establishing one company journey maps and identification of priority experience. This included creating a Value Framework to collaborate with Sales and Partner teams to better articulate differentiation, a Service Framework to drive customer engagement from strategy to deployment, and a Customer room to gain deeper insights into customer experience around on-boarding, adoption, expansion and advocacy. Additionally, they served as a strategic advisor both to internal stakeholders and to customers.

Helen Yu completed their MBA at the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago. Helen also holds a Cybersecurity Certification from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to their business career, they attended Cornell University.
