Ali Pearce

Ali Pearce is currently the Director of People Operations at Briteweb, having previously held roles in people and culture management and operations coordination at both Briteweb and Capilano Group. Prior to this, Ali worked as an Operations Supervisor at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park within the Capilano Group. Ali holds a Human Resources Management Certificate from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Gender Studies from the University of Victoria.
