Bart Smith

Bart Smith is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in driving transformation and change across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Change Delivery for English & Exams at the British Council since June 2017, Bart has held multiple senior roles focusing on strategic development and implementation in organization-wide transformations. Previously, Bart was Director at OW Associates Ltd, leading transformation projects in both public and private sectors, and held positions at Gate One and Moorhouse, managing high-profile business change initiatives. Early career experiences include leading organizational changes as Chief Operating Officer at the Office of Fair Trading and serving as a Director at prominent firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Hitachi Consulting. Bart holds a Master's degree in International Economics from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
