Eira Parry is the founder of High Performance Parenting, where they work with athletes and families to help them thrive through the journey of sport. Since 2014, Eira has delivered workshops and seminars aimed at supporting parents of young athletes in navigating the challenges of sporting life. Additionally, Eira has been involved with Switch The Play since 2016 as an associate, focusing on creating positive experiences in sport for everyone involved. Eira also provides one-on-one support to athletes transitioning from sport to the workplace as a support associate with the Switch The Play Foundation. They hold a BA Hons in Geography from Birmingham University and a PGCE in Primary Education from Brunel University.
