Heidi Long is a World Champion Rower and Olympic Bronze Medallist, currently competing for British Rowing since August 2021, where dedication to a high-performance culture emphasizes belief, grit, and teamwork. Prior professional experience includes serving as a Medical Writer and Editor at LiveWire Editorial Communications from September 2019 to April 2023, and as a Services Coordinator at Teenage Cancer Trust from August 2019 to June 2020. Heidi is pursuing an MSc by Research in Women’s and Reproductive Health at the University of Oxford, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Cognitive Science with a focus on Cognitive Psychology from the University of Virginia, earned in May 2019.
