Mark Dunstan

Mark Dunstan is a high-performance specialist currently serving as the Team Manager for the Great Britain Beach Sprint Rowing Team, where they oversee selection, training, and competition preparation. Previously, Mark held various roles, including Exchange Officer at the Royal Navy, where they trained future officers in leadership and military skills, and as a Puma Helicopter Pilot with the Royal Air Force, where they completed multiple operational tours and instructed junior pilots. Mark also served as an instructor for the University Air Squadron, mentoring undergraduates, and managed survival equipment trials for the UK MOD. With an MSc in Applied Sports Psychology, Mark is skilled in organizational and communication capabilities, demonstrating a strong sense of duty and a commitment to teaching and mentoring.
