Mel Caumont is currently the Deputy Director of Sport, Assurance, Governance & Experience. They were previously the Membership Manager and Membership Product Manager at the British Triathlon Federation, where they successfully relaunched the membership proposition. Mel gained extensive experience in business development and operations management as a Business Development Manager for JIM Play and Loc8me, driving growth and efficiency in both fitness and property sectors. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Loughborough University and have a proven track record in enhancing customer experiences and managing diverse teams. Mel took time off for travel between December 2016 and April 2018.
