In order to improve Client/User satisfaction, it has designed, structured and implemented an in-house quality management system according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 standard, based on process approach. On 05/11/2003 it has obtained a certification of conformity for activity sectors EA 37 (language education and design) and EA 33 (design and development of language software and multimedia products). It complies with UNI EN 14804: 2005 for services related to language study trips. 
Quality Certification - International Language School, recognized by the Italian Ministry of Public Education, is: 
- Accredited by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR), according to Legislative Decree No. 177/2000 for teachers training (protocol No. 4341/C/3 of 09/11/2004)
- Cambridge Examination Centre

International Language School is an official centre for European language certification in Italy TELC – The European Language Certificate.
