Andy Simms

Andy Simms is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in managing large manufacturing sites within the food industry. Currently serving as the Site General Manager at British Sugar since June 2020, Andy previously held the position of European Operations Director at Baxters Food Group and Factory General Manager roles at both Quorn Foods and Princes Limited. Andy has extensive experience in overseeing production operations, supply chain management, and factory performance, having progressed through various roles at Premier Foods, including Senior Production Planner. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Newcastle University.
