James Smith

James Smith is currently a Control Room Operator for Biffa, one of Britain’s largest waste management companies, where they monitor and report on health and safety issues. Prior to this role, James worked as a Security Officer at Britsafe Security Limited and gained experience as a Customer Care Representative at Merseyway Shopping Centre. They have also served as a care worker and spent 12 years in the British Army as an Infantry Soldier, Medic, and Radio Operator.
