Mark Thompson

Mark Thompson is a seasoned supply chain professional with over 20 years of experience in EASA Part 145 and Part 21 G/J organizations, specializing in airframe, powerplant, and component MRO supply chains. Currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain at Britten-Norman, Mark is responsible for developing sourcing strategies that support MRO, production, and aftermarket teams. Previously, Mark held key procurement and management roles at companies including Acro Aircraft Seating Ltd, Avtrade, and BAE Systems, achieving significant cost reductions and improvements in supplier performance. Mark's educational background includes a BTEC in Electrical & Electronic Principles from East Herts College.
