Gemma Heath

Gemma Heath is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as the Director of Commercial Finance at Carlsberg Britvic since January 2025, Gemma previously held a similar role at BRITVIC PLC since October 2008, where leadership of Channel and Brand Finance teams was a key responsibility, particularly for Britvic’s largest business unit generating £1.3 billion in revenue. Notable achievements include leading the trading response to a significant CO2 supply challenge in 2018. Prior to Britvic, Gemma worked at Tesco Stores Ltd in various finance roles, including Senior Finance Manager for European Hardlines and Business Development Manager, focusing on commercial projects and strategic growth opportunities. Gemma's career began at Kingfisher Plc, where diverse positions contributed to foundational finance expertise.
