Joe Acton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and programme delivery. Currently serving as Global Programme Manager at Britvic plc since June 2019, Joe leads the Commercial Transformation Programme and previously managed the Finance Transformation Programme. Prior to Britvic, Joe held several roles at Tesco from September 2010 to March 2019, including Head of Development – Online Fulfilment, where responsibilities included defining customer propositions and managing project teams. Joe’s career began as a Technical Sales Assistant at Maplin Electronics, and an educational background in Mechanical Engineering was obtained at UCL, culminating in a Bachelor of Engineering degree in 2010.
