Malcolm Earl has over three decades of experience in engineering and production management, with a significant tenure at Britvic Soft Drinks since 2002 as Engineering Team Leader. Prior to this, Malcolm held the position of Production Engineer and Production Team Leader at Fibrenyle (Promens) from 1991 to 2001, where responsibilities included ensuring machine reliability for manufacturing plastic bottles and leading a team focused on cost and quality in the production of food and beverage containers. Earlier experience includes serving as an Electromechanical Engineer at GEI Europack from May 1983 to June 1991.
