Michael Prado is an experienced Software Project Manager at Brivity since November 2021, following nearly a decade at Samson Rope Technologies, where responsibilities evolved from a Large Braid Machine Operator to Technical Field Support Manager. In this latter role, Prado led the Field Service Department, focusing on enhancing customer service and developing the field service team to better support global end-users. Prado's earlier positions included Technical Field Support Supervisor and Lead, where Michael managed job calendars and improvement projects while showcasing the benefits of Samson products. Prado began their career at California State Parks as a Cashier, and completed education at Whatcom Community College and Ferndale High School.
