Steve Arrington has an extensive work history in various roles related to design, project management, and mentoring. Steve has held positions such as Director of Product Design at Brivo, Senior Mentor for UX Design Immersion Course at CareerFoundry, Principal Product Designer/Manager at Cvent, Principal User Experience Engineer at CACI International Inc, and Principal User Experience Design at Airlines Reporting Corporation. Steve has also worked as a Sr. Project Manager, Instructional System Designer at Serco, Instructional Designer/Project Manager at Paltech, Software Instructor at IBM, and Legal Assistant at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, & Flom. Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated expertise in leading design teams, establishing standards, managing projects, and developing award-winning instructional materials.

Steve Arrington holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Psychology from Brigham Young University, an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University - Idaho, a Master of Education degree in Educational Technology from George Mason University, a Graduate Certificate in Information Design from the University of Baltimore, and certifications in Visual Design and UI Design from General Assembly and CareerFoundry, respectively. Steve also obtained a Google Analytics Certification from Google in May 2017.
