BRIX Properties is a premium real estate development company based in Bangalore, building residential and commercial spaces that combine thoughtful design, quality construction, and lasting value.
Founded by Vijay Kumar Reddy D, a technology industry veteran with over 20 years of global experience at Cisco, Motorola, and Huawei, BRIX brings engineering-grade precision and process discipline to real estate development. What sets us apart is a deep commitment to doing things right — from site selection and architectural planning to material quality and on-time delivery.
We have already delivered and fully leased a 50,000 sqft commercial development, and currently have nearly 900 residential units in our active pipeline across multiple phases, along with additional commercial space under development.
Our upcoming flagship project is a 280-unit premium apartment development in Hoskote, East Bangalore — one of the city's fastest-growing corridors driven by major infrastructure investments including the upcoming metro extension, KIADB industrial zone, and proximity to the international airport.
At BRIX, we believe real estate should be built with the same rigour and accountability that defines the best technology companies. Every project we take on reflects this philosophy.
