Matthew Ryan has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry, having worked as a Retail Broker at Legend Properties from May 2004 to December 2012. Matthew's focus was on leasing and selling retail properties such as shopping centers, strip centers, banks, restaurants, gas stations, and car dealerships. Since January 2013, Matthew has been with Brixmor Property Group, where Matthew has held various positions including President - South Region, VP - Leasing West Region, and Senior Leasing Representative, North Region.
