Ben Munro

Ben Munro began their career in 1999 as a Senior Underwriting Officer at Chubb Insurance. In 2004, they joined AIG as a Vice President. In 2010, they took a year away to travel the world with their wife. In 2011, they returned to Chubb Insurance as a Manager of the Department of Financial Institutions. In 2012, they joined Markel Corporation as a Senior Vice President of Markel Global Insurance, underwriting professional liability insurance products for Fortune 500 companies. In 2018, they co-founded and became the CEO and Board Member of Briza, the leading developer platform for commercial insurance.

Ben Munro attended Queen's University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Finance. During this time, they also attended EM Strasbourg Business School from 1997 to 1998 to study Finance, General. Ben then attended Smith School of Business at Queen's University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General.
