BRK Ujima is a dynamic and unapologetic Black feminist-led organisation committed to dismantling systems of inequality and oppression. Founded and led by three Black women, our work is driven by a radical love for oppressed people and a deep commitment to justice.

Rooted in the spirit of Ujima, the Kiswahili principle of collective work and responsibility, we collaborate with organisations, communities, and individuals to advocate for and uplift the rights and well-being of marginalised people.

Our lived experience as Black women, combined with interdisciplinary expertise, allows us to support organisations in understanding and addressing the deep-rooted harms created by oppressive systems. We work with partners who are ready to move beyond performative commitments toward meaningful, structural change.

With bases in Liverpool, Accra, and Alicante, and connections across London, Kenya, Uganda, and the USA, we operate globally across the following areas:

- Research & Expertise
- Workplace Inclusion
- Public Speaking
- Wellness for Black People

If you share our commitment to building a safer, freer, more just, and inclusive world, we would love to connect.
