Amanda Sim

Amanda Sim is a skilled Product Designer with extensive experience in developing innovative digital solutions. Currently at Brkaway since December 2022, Amanda has led the evolution of a collaborative workflow management tool from MVP to public launch and designed an AI reverse video search tool to enhance brand collaborations. Previously, at Plooto, Amanda optimized a payments feature that significantly reduced processing time, and at Habit Factory, Amanda orchestrated a comprehensive website redesign that improved user experience. Amanda also transformed urban planning software tools during tenure at the University of Toronto and contributed to a design system at Clearco that increased development efficiency. Amanda's educational background includes a Master of Information in User Experience Design from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and Sociology from the University of Waterloo.
