Our line of business is divided into four families that complement each other in order to offer our clients the most complete solution possible.
1- Rolling
- High temperature bearings (150,200,250,270 and 330 degrees Celsius) of the 6000, 6200 and 6300 series.
- UC bearings for high temperature 270 degrees celsius. For mounting on any type of support.
- Stainless bearings for high humidity of the 6000, 6200, 6300 series.
- Orientation or turning crowns.
We have a large stock, we can manufacture any type of crown on demand.
2- Linear movement.
-Guides and skates with and without wings from size 15 to 45.
We cut guides to measure to make urgent deliveries.
Our sets of guides and skates are completely equivalent to those of the HG series from Hiwin, allowing the exchange between elements of the two brands.
- Ground hardened shafts.
Available in 3 meter bars, we also cut and machine on request.
- KH linear bushings.
3 - Power transmission elements, Mechanical transmission.
- Manufactured under our ENC Racks in quality 6.
- In standard product we are distributors of the Chiaravalli brand.
- We manufacture any item under your specifications: Racks and
gears up to module 30, toothed pulleys HTD, trapezoidal, poly V,
chain sprockets up to two inches.
4 - Spice pieces.
We manufacture any part and with all kinds of materials.
CNC numerical control, microfusion or casting.
   We deliver the fully finished parts with the requested treatment, and
if required with included mounting.
