Danat Meri

Danat Meri has a diverse work experience in the field of business analysis and program analysis. Danat started their career as a QA Test Analyst/BA Intern at Infotek Solutions Inc. in 2013, where they gained experience in understanding the functionality and design of different applications. Danat also captured test cases and results, investigated software bugs, and communicated with developers to resolve technical issues.

In 2014, they joined NOVA as a Jr. Business Analyst/UAT Tester. Here, they worked closely with the product owner, clients, and project manager to understand the existing business processes and perform gap analysis on the software. Danat also collaborated with the management team to prepare business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and activity diagrams. Danat'sresponsibilities also included identifying requirements, use cases, and functional specifications with F1 students and different levels of management.

In 2018, Danat moved to CODEplus as a Business Analyst, where they continued to apply their skills in analyzing business processes and requirements. Danat remained in this role until 2020.

Currently, Danat is employed at BRMi as a Business/Program Analyst since September 2020.

Danat Meri completed a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Old Dominion University between 2007 and 2011. In 2013-2014, they obtained a certification from Infotek Solutions Inc. This certification does not specify the field of study. Danat also pursued Technical Editing/Writing at Northern Virginia Community College, but the start and end years of this program are unknown. Additionally, Danat holds two certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in December 2022, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance.
