Protik Basu is a first-generation entrepreneur and founder of WeAddo (2018–present) and Brndaddo (2019–present), focusing on CX, analytics and practical AI. They lead digital initiatives for brands such as Airtel, The Lemon Tree Hotel Company and Dunkin’ Donuts, driving marketing, analytics and product development through Martech, UX, data and tech frameworks. They have spoken on platforms like CII, IAMAI and the Bangladesh Brand Forum, and have occasionally given guest lectures in MBA institutes on specialized topics. They earned an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (2007–2009), a BE from Delhi College of Engineering (2001–2005), and certifications in Machine Learning and Gamification from Udacity (2017–2018), Stanford University (2017) and the University of Pennsylvania (2015–2016).
