Tom Conner

Tom Conner is a seasoned cybersecurity and application security professional with extensive experience in software engineering and security architecture. Currently serving as the Senior Principal Application Security Engineer at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard since March 2021, Tom previously held the position of Director of Application Security Architecture at Pegasystems for over eleven years, where leadership included overseeing secure design reviews and cloud security initiatives. Tom's earlier roles include Principal Software Engineer at Empirix and various engineering positions at Ounce Labs, Teradyne, and RSW Software, contributing to products in monitoring, load testing, and electronic circuit simulation. Tom holds a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
