Currently serving as the Global Head of Channel Operations at Broadcom since May 2018, Alan has a proven track record in enhancing the Catalyst Program and ensuring operational excellence. Prior roles include Head of Channel Sales in the Enterprise Security Group and Head of Commercial Sales, focusing on consistent engagement models and sales best practices. Before joining Broadcom, Alan held leadership positions at Concentrix, where responsibilities included managing customer relationships and strategic account management across Europe, as well as client delivery. Additional experience includes a senior role at LogicaCMG and a digital director position at Rothco. Alan's consultancy expertise in customer success and account management was further demonstrated as a self-employed consultant in early 2018. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Business (Leadership & Management Practice) and an Executive Diploma in Advanced Management Performance from University College Dublin.
